Little Roque is a small hidden gem tucked in Drewery Lane.
You can’t miss this cafe because you’ll definitely find the bright blue door in this small laneway and that’s the coffee shop.
The coffee shop is more suitable for take away coffee because the cafe wasn’t that spacious.
The interior design was very unique, funky and creative.
They don’t serve any brunch menu but it doesn’t stop them to compete to other cafes as they’re able to utilise their creativity and skills in coffee making.
The place is always packed full of people enjoying the coffee, surely this shop successfully attracts Melbournians despite not serving the brunch food.
You wouldn’t want to go with the big group (more than 5 people) to hang out and enjoy the coffee inside the cafe because they only have small tables suitable for 2-3 people.
The customer staffs and barista were very friendly and nice.
It was a busy day but he was willing to show us and happy for us to take photos while he’s doing the matcha latte.
We ordered their Matcha Latte (Green Tea Latte), small cup (6 ounce) for $4.30. I know it was pricey compared to other places for this size.
It was a WOW! Matcha Latte was absolutely the best so far we’ve ever tried, it was worth it for this quality.
The taste of matcha powder and milk were blended in perfectly, balance.
The taste was really smooth, it wasn’t too sweet nor too bitter.
Definitely, added to our list of favorite coffee shops.
Next time, we will try their coffee.
Yay: Matcha latte was the best in town
Nay: Slightly pricey
