SpudBar is a place to go to get quick yummy meals and being healthy conscious at the same time which mostly use baked potatoes as the base of all their food.
They have salad ranges to cater people looking for low sugar, gluten-free, high protein, vegan, and dairy-free.
We often come to Spudbar near our place to get their snack and their traditional SpudBar menu.
SpudBar St Kilda is recently refurbished under the new management with more hip modern look and comfortable seating to enjoy the spuds while hanging out with your friends and family.
We tried the newly launched Poke Bowl which comes in various range.
But we opt for the Sriracha Chicken. This menu is gluten free, low sugar, high protein and dairy free too.
The bowl looks so vibrant with chicken, beetroot, corn, edamame, coriander, seaweed & radish served on sweet potato.

Sriracha Chicken
If you don’t like sweet potato, you can always opt for the normal spud. Garnished with black sesame seeds, sriracha mayo & a lime wedge.
We were biased due to the fact that they have our favorite seaweed and edamame.
Love the various texture in the salad from the crunchy radish and seaweed combined with the juicy chicken and hint of sour spicy from the Sriracha.
For meat lovers who enjoys eating salad too, worry not.
Try their Meat Lovers (GF, Low Sugar, High Protein) which contains oven baked potato, beef bolognese, tiny bits of fried bacons, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, tasty cheese, light sour cream & spring onions.
You can also add free range chicken if you want to.
We recommend you to opt for the normal spud for this one to better complement the savory taste from the bacons and acidic tomato based beef bolognese
along with cheese and sour cream. Love every bites of them.

Meat Lovers
They also offer other ranges of speciality spud menu which are prepared fresh daily.
I almost tried all their favorite and I enjoyed every single one of them.
The menus are slightly different to cater various preferences.
Try them and you won’t be disappointed at all.
If you could not find what you want in the menu, you can always create your own menu from the salad bar. Easy.
Note: We’d like to say thank you to SpudBar St. Kilda’s team and Lee Vernon for having us.
