Lux Foundry is located in large warehouse space with plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. We went there on rainy day sadly that we could not sit outside – it would make good pictures with natural lighting though (the perks of being a food blogger – LOL).
The place is usually busy, so we would recommend you to book a table especially you’re coming with a rather big group. For pet lovers, the courtyard is definitely the best choice during the sunny day.

We started off with our favorite cappuccino and a Berry smoothies to chase off the cold. The selections of food are vast and all look yummy. But we finally made our best three choices below:
Singaporean Crab Chilli Scrambled ($22) with pickled chilli, grilled prawn and toasted sourdough. Hands down is the best one that I have tried so far. It is like a fragrant of seafood bomb when the dishes arrived on our table. Super yummy and fluffy scrambled combined with a hint of spiciness from the chilli and tender crab chilli and prawns. Super worth the value and one of the must try dishes in Lux Foundry.
Middle Eastern Breakfast ($19) with roasted cauliflower tabbouleh, poached eggs, zaatar flatbread, beetroot relish, falafel, smoky baba ganoush (mashed cooked eggplant mixed with tahini, olive oil and various seasonings). The falafels were moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside with lots of herbs and garlic. Love everything on the plate and one of the must try ones if you enjoy Middle Eastern foods.
As for the dessert, we have to try their Raspberry and Lemon Hotcakes ($18.5) which was on their Special Menu that day. Served with caramel and white chocolate, coconut crumble, tangy and fresh lemon curd and finally raspberry sauce on the side for your pouring Insta picture. Love everything on the plate and how moist and fluffy the hotcakes were. Not too sweet and the food just let the fruits shine in dish.
