Xing Fu Tang is a young and newly open boba (bubble tea) in Melbourne; In Taiwan where it comes from, they’re considered to be one of the biggest and the most popular bubble tea.
The first Australia branch is perfectly situated in the busy Elizabeth Street taking over the strategic spot (previously was a Computer shop) and opposite to St. Francis Catholic Church.
If you like hanging out around Melbourne CBD, you’ll notice that you might find lots of boba shops opened recently for the past 2 years. Considering to open another boba shop is a big risk especially if your shops is adjacent with other boba shops or any other similar drink shops.
Unless you have a great confident about your products or less you’ll end it up losing your investment.
We’re glad that we’re invited to their first grand opening early this month – December 2019; We tasted their drinks and put ourselves in customer’s perspective by considering the value, quality and taste of the drink; We’re happy to acknowledge that this boba is the best in Melbourne so far.
With the selection of the creative in-house drinks such as, Brown Sugar Boba Milk (MUST ORDER – the signature), Brown Sugar Boba and Herbal Jelly Milk, Matcha Boba Milk, Soda and Handmade Jelly, Strawberry Boba Milk, Damascus Rose Tea with Lemons and others.
We surely loved their signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk; The tapioca pearls were perfectly infused with brown sugar; The drink wasn’t too sweet, the taste was balance and consistent.
Coincidentally we met one of our favourite blogger fellows; They’re @platecreative sisters; We had so much fun here enjoying the bubble tea.
Overall, we had so much fun here and happy to say that Xing Fu Tang is our most favorite boba spot for now in Melbourne. Other boba shops in Melbourne must step up their game or else they need to prepare themselves to start losing their regular customers.
Xing Fu Tang offers reasonable & cheaper price with better quality and value.
Note: We’d like to say thank you to Xing Fu Tang’s team for having us.
